Bronco Seats?

I recently bought an 84 XLT extended cab F150 and it has bucket seats and the biggest center console I have ever seen. Checking out pics of other extended cabs I see bench seats in them, but see the type I have in Broncos. Did a PO change the seats in my truck or did some of them come with this set up from the factory?

The full size offered the "Captains Chairs" with center console and swing up/down arms.
I kinda wanted them but their option list is a mile long and it all adds up fast.
