Well, ask for a altenator for a 93/94 7.3 IDI because the bracket should be pretty similar to your 300's.
Why do you want such a big altenator on your truck for??
It may just be wiser for you to invest in a high CCA battery. I currently have two interstate 1050's, so you might invest in a good battery if your wanting more power for winching, bright lights or such.
