Sequential fuel injection
How does sequential fuel injection work. I was told that you don't need to have a MAF sensor to have SEFI. Is this true? are there two different systems? I thought that SEFI had to have a MAF sensor.

The only vehicles that had sequential injection with speed density were '88 mustangs, T-birds, and the Lincoln Mark, in '89 all those got mass air too so it was short lived. The trucks either had SD with batch fired injectors or mass air with sequential injection.
