Thats freakin insane. I think it only kinda crushes the side of the truck, so hopefully the folk didnt die.. one of the comments on youtube says it was on the local news and they didnt get hurt bad, but thats a random person on youtube so who knows.

also, what kinda crapy construction just goes like that once it gets hit?

Although they werent going fast, there was alot of energy in the trailer to knock it down. Im confident the engineers and architechs did not consider a trasiler nailing it...

Most structures of that design currently approved by the local building code will fail the same way.

This video is actually several months old. If you search, you'll find more info, and if you slow the video down, you will surprisingly see the driver headed toward the passenger side before impact. Both driver and passenger exited out the passenger side of the vehicle safely in this event. There were no reports regarding the cleanliness of the drivers pants.

Father and 10 y/o son made it out of the truck uninjured. There are a couple more pictures of the aftermath and some additional info at the following thread...

Oops. You can plainly see in this video the two mistakes the driver made.

1. Ignoring his height clearance.
2. Buying a Dodge Ram.

It must suck to be that camper. Crashing into buildings... being dragged by a dodge...
