I was at the 91 & 15 this morning and saw a brand new Chevy with a HUGE lift, 24's with rubber band tires. Couldn't believe you let your wife drive that.

I second that, I drive rigs and have had the same issue a lot (damn cali driveways) and if i remember correctly every time i hit the diff lock i got out, now unless his rig was a stripped down model. but who knows

You already told me that Lesson learned, you're a good friend

Hate to see you break something if you ever hook up to something that you really have to yank out.

Not a guarantee that it will happen in reverse, but far more likely than if you're going forward.

Drive side of the gear is cut at a 90* angle (excellent engagement), coast side is more like a 45* (not as much strength).

Nahh, he rolled right back, it was actually pretty easy. I put it in 4x4 because it was raining, just in case.
