A noncommissioned officer assigned to Army Special Operations Command has been recommended for a general court-martial for six charges relating to sexual acts with a child.

This guy is still living in Fort Bragg housing with his wife and 3 children, with children living in the houses next door!

He is living in a regular neighborhood on post next to other families. Where he lives it is duplex and triplex housing.

I was not questioning you as you had stated he was living with his family originally. I was just surprised. When this happened when I was in Germany, the child was removed from the family & they did not know where she was until the father was sent to Ft Leavenworth, KS.

I'm more surprised that he hasn't been put in custody for his own safety. At the very least I would think they'd have him confined to the post and living in the barracks.
If he's found guilty by GCM at least it is a safe bet that he will do hard time and not get some slap on the wrist like a state court would probably give him.
