code readers
I have a F-250 2000 model and am still having problems in the morning with no response from the accelerator until i have the truck in gear and push down on the pedal a couple of times and then it responds. The check engine light is on during the no response but when the pedal finally responds the light goes out. Was wondering if the computer stored a code with the light only being on a short time and where can I get a code reader.

I don't know if you live near anyone on here that could read them for you, Don't go to Auto Zone there's don't read correct. You can buy a used programmer someone don't use any more like superchips hypertech etc, or find some honest guy that has a Snap on scanner. Theres a guy here that only charges 20 bucks to scan. Call around first it saves alot of fuel.
