Has anyone got any pictures of a engine out of the truck on a stand or something?
Id like to see whats happening at the back behind the turbo?
Im looking for leaks but Im not sure if Im looking at the right pipes or not?
I have plenty of the back of the block with the tranny out. The engine is in the truck but the oics are good.
Look in my sig and click on H2e install pics.
That should definately give you what you need.
You are welcome, you deserve more for all the help you give out...
4 points....Is that all, I'm complaining LOL! I had an administrator rep me once... it was worth like 50-60 points. Most of the time I get 1-2 or none, depends on the "status" of the person who left it and if they left a comment or not. Last time I looked one more point will give me green bean number 4...HeeeHaw!!
I wonder if this new software is going to change the Rep system as we know it. Sorry, I'm done.

Im trying to figure out where around a turbo I could have a leak that would affect the way the truck runs?
If the up pipes are leaking would that affect power?
The pictures were good but Im still not clear on what goes IN TO the turbo?
If you look in the pics I posted There are two pipes covered in soo at the top. They are the uppipes. They go from exhaust manifold up to the bottom of collector for the turbo. Once they come together up there it is fed directly into turbo therefore spinning the turbo.
Yes you can loose power if they leak. Mine rattled bad and sometimes ran extremely rough, especially at idle.
Good pictures thanks.
Thats what i wanted to see.
Theres really nothing behind the turbo to screw up.
You should be able to find and leaks before the turbo easily right?
