Us Army Ford Stepside - Mistake?
He all,
I just found this beautifull truck and I want to pick it up but it seems a little expenive. I have never seen anouther like it other than Lou Birchefs Chevy at the Portland show.
He is asking 1000 dollars for it. Anyone have any idea what this thing is worth?
It runs and is all origanal. The motor had all new hoses and cables and he painted the valve covers blue.
It has 36,000 Miles

$1000 out west, probably would bring closer to $2000 where I live. The ex-military trucks, quite sadly, don't seem to bring any special money. I guess they aren't weird enough for the military vehicle collectors and too spartan for the truck guys, but I think they are fascinating and would love to have one. That thing looks to have a nice original patina on it as well and may be one to leave alone.
