Intake Questions
Just curious, what is the piece in the middle of the intake that the red arrow is pointing to? Does it have any purpose? Also what is that green wire coming out of the tube just before this black piece that i am asking about?

The second photo I think is the ambient air temp sensor. I think when folks do the 6637 mod, you just zip tie it out of the way.

Matt- search is your friend, these things are all well-discussed on here. Look into the CCV mod an d6637 intake mods. The green hose is for the wastegate... can't remember exactly what it does now but that's what its for.
