suspension options and q's

i have a 2000 expo with the 5.4l coil sprung rear end. i am running thru some options for my suspension. i have been looking around for a couple of day'snow and have found very little options for my rig, i was looking into a sas swap as one option, alot of fab work involved but i am prepared for that. i was also lokking at some sort of long travel setup but nothing i found will work for my rig yet again. any information you guy's can provide on any of the above would be greatly accepted.

An easy way to adjust your suspension would be to use Air Lift springs. Go to the "Air Lift" web site and check it out. They make air springs that will fit into your coils which will improve your ride heigth and carrying capacity. It's a very easy install and they have kits that will allow you to change your capacity from your drivers seat. This should work unless you are looking for an extreme lift.
