Seems that IE users are the ones with the problem so far. I guess I`m lucky though.

I just switched over to Firefox, and maybe it's just me....but it seems the pages are loading faster. Just thought I'd share.

Well that pop up thingy is no longer giving me trouble and I'm thankful for that. I'm using IE as well and not having problems

with adding smiley's as you can see

I haven't tried loading pics to my gallery lately so I have to give that a try. Thanks to the IT guy's anyways and thanks Morris for the update on the situation.
