they will with a leveling kit you may not even need the wheel spacer with a 10.5 wide tire, and on a side note those tire arent that great for mileage i had them on my 03 dodge reg cab 4x4 and only got 19 to 20,000 miles out of them and i rotated them religiously, they wore good and even just didnt last
