Question looking at buying used wheels and tires?

Found on Craigslist some wheels and tires and had a few questions. First, here is what I am looking at.

WELD Rims 8x170

I went and looked and the wheels were in good shape. Nothing a little pollish wouldn't clean up. The center caps might need to be replaced. Not too expensive though. These are the wheels... Desert Rat :: CLOSEOUT ! Weld "Scorpio V" Wheels

Tires have about 1/4 to 1/3 tread left... ProComp All Terrain tires (315/75R16).

Now for the questions. Truck is stock suspension wise... If I get a front leveling kit will the tires fit without rubbing? Do you think it is a good deal? I pull a 5th wheel sometimes... will that make my truck too high?

Any input is great. I Know I could talk him down to $180-@200.... THANK YOU!!!

315's may rub a little on the front drivers side with just a leveling kit. I know of at least 2 trucks including mine that do. I would also think about putting at least a 3 1/2 inch if not a 4 inch block in the back instead of the stack F250 block.
How much is the guy asking?

I would get them if the wheels are in good shape then get some new tires. I got my 285 Michelins that were brand new and XLT wheels for 700 bucks and sold the wheels for 325 bucks. I am looking at some Eagle 16X8 wheels for 200 bucks right now.
