You can just hook up a gauge to the port on the fuel rail. You can see it there on the driver's side of the intake. It looks like valve stem coming out of the shiney fuel rail feeding the injectors. Do you want to be able to see the pressure all the time or just check it under the hood?
There's like 3 options...0-60 or 0-100 psi gauge will be fine
1. mount mechanical gauge with shrader valve adapter directly on the fuel rail port...cheapest, but can only see under hood
2. connect a fuel line the port to somehwere like your cowl and mount a mechanical gauge where you can see it...little more cost and gauge mounted on truck
3. go digital with sending unit, either kit form, or select a gauge you like and buy a sending unit...pretty expensive but gauge can be mounted inside truck
you can go to Summit or Jeg's and check out the different gauges and parts. I don't recall the size of that shrader valve. I put a mechanical directly on my fuel rail when installed a supercharger and adjustable fuel pressure regulator on my 90 5.0 Mustang. I just needed the gauge there to adjust my fuel pressure.
I installed the 15" Black Magic electric fan on the Mustang. It's a direct fit units for those cars. It had adjustable t-stat built in to control it, also wired in to turn on when AC comes on, it used the bulb type sensor. There's a lot of options to an electric fan. Direct fit is going to be more expensive but they work well. You can get electric fans from a salvage yard and buy the controls seperately at the auto parts store. Same with a new universal fan. You can spend upwards of $500 on a good direct fit with dual fans that comes with everything you need, you're talking 5900cfm. You can scrounge parts and build your own for $100-$150 I'd say. A single you put together would use your existing shroud, the dual kit would replace that and cover the whole radiator.
yea thanks for the help guys especially tgore3 i plan on using two of the tarus fans with a controller kit from the ap store i just want a guage under the hood
