The wife(Sheri) and I would love to come and I might bring my brother and nephew with us.I can make a mean macroni salad just let me know how much to make. We would probably try to find some place to crash for the evening anybody know of a motel around there,as the last time I was there we couldn't find one and ended up camping in a field with a root jammed in my back all night.
there is a couple of motels on rte 35 that i used to go to from time to time.. nothing fancy but clean place to sleep... ill try to remember next time i pass by to get the names of them... they were like $80 or so a night
I'll be there sat. with 2 of my friends.
Any specific place we should look for each other?
i want to say my spot is Z3, but i am not sure of the number.
i am alongside the fence as soon as you enter the pits, against the rear parking lot.
next month when i get the papers with the spot numbers, i will post it, and we can do more planing as we get a little closer to the date. this was a feeler thread to try and figure out if anyone was interested.
a thought occurred to me.
if you want to enter your vehicle in the show and shine competition on the track, it is only $8 to pre-register if postmarked by Feb 28
after Feb 28, it is $15.
park out in the field and walk in admission, or handicap parking admission is $10 per day.
