7-pin wiring harness,frame mounted cl III hitch,super engine cooling,aux transmission oil cooler, 130 amp alterator, 78 amp hr battery, HD shocks, 3.55 rear axle (an engine oil cooler is included only in the 5.4.

the off-road package had: decals, shields for gas tank, and transfercase(?). and 17" tires. And on 97's it had fog-lights.
