i spent today doing repair work. i had an "incident" last night in a ice covered parking lot. i slid into a curb cause the whole parking lot was ice. bent part of the rim, and bent a steering arm, and the alignments off. steering arms fixed, but the alignments still f-ed. when i left i got sideways cause i have no weight in the bed. there was 3 cops across the street, and when i talked to them on the phone, 1 asked if i was the truck doin donuts. i may be dumb, but im not stupid enough to do donuts in a well lit parking lot across the street from 3 cop cars. ugh.

Brian:
My condolences on your truck.
Long ago, my old Crown Vic was totaled by the insurance company for just grazing the curb, when another drive made gentle contact with the car and shoulder her off the road.
The tweak actually pushed the nose over so you could see it in the hood gap as not being parallel.
And a few days later the radiator crack from the stress.

If dad's credit wasn't **** then we could go through ExMark financing and get 6 months no payments deferred interest so by the time payment 1 was due I'd have paid it off in full.
Too bad dad's credit stinks and I'm not legally old enough to sign off on stuff like that.

You can always get someone else to cosign.. An Uncle, Brother, Grandfather....

Ya Pete:
Its tough.
Many decent people get behind because the work isn't there anymore to cover all the bills.
Over the years I had cashed in my 401K retirement account to payoff debt that I wasn't making enough to cover.
I had essentially nothing left (this is before the stock crash) until I landed this job just last May.

In all honesty I really just need 3 or 4 thousand. I can come up with the other 3 or 4 thousand.
The base price is 6999, but I want to add a few little extras like a striping kit and seat isolators and a full suspension seat.

So it's not really a matter of getting the mower and then not having work.
If I hadn't gotten a contract I wouldn't have even considered buying a brand new mower.
