ok so im gettin hybris for the old girl and im wondering about my stock turbo moving enof air no money for a gtp38r now but will gutting the ebpv make an improvment?
i use it for an exh brake now but if it will help me get more power i will remove it i welcome all of your thoughts but im trying to not spend any cash right now. also i might do a 1.0 exh w/g housing if someone had one cheap let me know and thanks

I'm running stage 2's on a stock turbo..I gutted the EBPV at both ends and got a 1.00 exhaust housing in the classifieds on another site..I put in the WW but wished I would have got the ATS..I can make her surge pretty easy..I tightened the waist gate rod...I can peg 32 on the boost gauge pretty easily..EGT's are a little hotter but not bad..I get to 100 MPH at that same temp as I did with the early 99 120 cc injectors..but I get there a lot faster then before....
If you can find a Van turbo you will be alot better off I seen a Van turbo with an ATS housing put down 436 HP with B codes for half the cost of a GTP38R.
