No crank issue

Hey all I hope someone can guide me in the right direction. 2004 f150 5.4 triton was running check engine light was on I walked away for 5 min came back crank no start. Has fuel saw a video on fuel pump module above spare tire it was in shambles. I disconnected battery and replaced the fuel pump module. Reconnected battery turn key everything looks normal check engine light on won’t crank like it did before I replaced module. The red light on dash goes on and stays on when keys in on position. Maybe pats system because snap on code reader hooked up and two codes for pats 1. PATS system integrated with PCM 2. Non PATS related DYC’s may be present. Any ideas to help me on this one thanks again

Provide clear and concise information for each of the following when the ignition switch is turned from OFF to RUN. Much of what you posted it too jumbled to make sense of.

1. Odometer.
2. Check engine light.
3. THEFT light behavior.
4. Actual fault codes, if any, when scanned.
5. What "red light on dash" are you referring to?
6. Verify that this is an 04 "new body style" and not an 04 Heritage (aka "leftover 2003").
