2005 F250 Steering problem
I am experiencing a kind of steering wheel pulsing to the right. It is most noticeable at slower speeds ( under 35-45 mph). I am wondering if this could be something as easy as tires in need of balancing or am I looking at a more serious problem. I only have about 28k miles on the truck with the original continental tires. I rotate and balance the tires with every service.
I realize that there are probably a number of causes, I am just trying to educate myself before taking it to the shop.

Did the pulse move with the tires? If not then it's not the tires. More than likely with low miles like that a caliper has hung up and maybe even warped the rotor. If you jack up the front end, pull the wheels and spin the rotors by hand you might be able to see if this is the case. If not then take it to a reputable shop, (if there is such a thing anymore), and have an inspection done. Good Luck and Welcome!
