Front end clunk when turning?

I am having a clunk in the front end when I am making tighter turns in the parking lots. The 4x4 is disengaged and the hubs are in auto. It feels like it is coming from the left front. I was wondering if this is due to the needle bearings? I replaced the right front hub this last summer and I might just do the left front as well.

Ball joint pop... A ball joint is binding up and when you get close to full lock there is enough torque on it to let it release... Jack up your truck get a pry bar and stick it in your rim and try to move the tire/wheel up and down. If it does get a friend to peak behind the tire and see if there is play in the upper or lower ball joint.

No movement up and down but a little side to side. This is with just the left side of the truck up. Seems to be coming from the Right front ball joint possibly. Unfortunatly its only 15 outside and my truck is to big to work on in the garage with the heat on. How big of a job is it to do the ball joints on this truck. It has 120,000 miles on it so should I do both sides while im at it?

I also noticed that the steering stabalizer has been leaking oil. Could that cause the problem and what is a good brand of replacement?

I just did my driver side. Because it was really bad and my passenger side is ok... If i had the time and money to i would have done both sides at once. Its not that big of a job. If you have a shop press then you have no problems. If you have one of those hand help ball joint vice things (like what we used) then it takes a little longer and is alot more frustrating. OR take the assembly out and take it to your local auto parts store and ask them to press the old ones out and put the new ones in.... That makes it alot easier! LOL

Also I would have a look at your u-joints... They could be binding up if they are starting to go... Inspect them while you're down there having a look around ! Does the front end feel like you're in 4WD sometimes when you're turning ????????

Just another angle of thinking to throw at you ! Also check your track bar bushing ! Mine clunked when that bushing was worn out as well !!
