Hello from Northern IN

First of all I'd like to say thanks for the big help this site has been for me today. Yesterday I attempted to change ball joints for the first time. After following my Haynes manuel for most of the day and I only had my upper changed yet. This morning I stumbled across this site and found a tech article that helped a lot. Now I'm wondering, would I be stupid changing the driver side also even if they don't seem real bad. The parts cost around $180 for both sides.

Welcome to the site, I am new here too, and wow, also from northwest Indiana...
weird huh? Anyway...

change them both...
Most likely if one side is bad, the other will be right behind it.

Its like putting brakes on only the drivers side...
