3" dual straight pipe?

3" dual straight pipe?
I have a 99 5.4 straigh 3" pipe out the passenger side before the rear wheel. Doesnt pop, i was todl that the single 3" would be better for performance. Glass packs muffle, just chop it off, She shoudl be loud.

Im sorry guys, i didnt realize you guys had 79's. My buddy had a 79, he had a votec per performance muffler. I must say that did restrict alot. He got it to pop on down shifts easy. Sounded like a hause on the juice. I would run glas packs if i had the option or that year atleast. Do Be AWARE!! His rig got jacked out on fornt of his house. Hope you have a good security system to atleast scare some guys off. Good Luck
