From what I've seen there is nothing wrong with them. I still think Flowmasters are the best for your money. They last quite a while. A friend of mine bought a 69 Ford truck about 3 years ago that had Flowmasters put on it sometime around 1990, and they are still good. Borla etc is all over rated and too expensive. Raven exhaust sounds similar to Flowmaster without the metallic tone. As long as you didn't buy glass packs or cheap turbo mufflers your in good shape.

I also installed a Raven this past fall. They are made not far from where I live and I do have a buddy that works the mill (making the pipe). He set me up with the muffler and some pipe to fit where the Flomaster used to be. According to what he told me the construction of the Raven will out shine the Flomaster. He might be somewhat one sided being a employee. Midas is the parent company and they have been making mufflers a ong time.
