Oil type

What do you guys recommend for oil in the NP205 xfer case and NP435 trans? I'm just about done with the new engine install and was going to change all the fluids. I've seen different answers ranging from 10W-30 to 90W gear oil. Any input is appreciated.

80w90 should suffice
