What's this?

some kind of build sheet? OK this small piece of paper was between the Rad support and the lower valance, anybody know it's purpose?

Here is a picture of whats left.


Hope you can make out the pic. says ford on it
mostly just curious.

Something to do with the cooling system, as the basic number group of 8000 refers to that.

8501 is the basic part number for a waterpump.
