Just finished putting a 2004, 6.0 EGR delete in , a lot of work hope it sovles the loss of collant , but now I dont have engine temp and the CHECK GAGE light is on where is th collant sending unit located so I dont waste a lot of time looking for the unobvious. Thanks Frustrated in VA
Since you worked on it, try going over the area where you worked. I am not familiar with the EGR delete, but if you removed the ECT sender and reinstalled it with a thread sealer, check your thread sealer. It's possible the sender needs an engine ground and your seal is non-conducting. Or while you were working, you disconnected the sender harness. It's also possible that a wire got pinched or broke during the install.
