Adding a DVD player to the factory Navigation?
Does anyone know how or where to hook up a DVD player or back up camera on the Stock Navi radio in a 2008 f250?

I'm not familiar with your nav system but these guys seem to make adapters for the dvd side( Ford offers a camere so i wouldnt think it would be that complicated ), looks like you would have to contact them to see if they offer something for a ford unit.

NAV-TV

I have no experience with them so i dont know how their product is.

I the Nav-kit600 has two video imputs, one for a backup camera and the other for dvd video player. I have not tried to swap out the cd player for a dvd player yet though.
