Ford Tow Command

My 2006 F-250SD Has all the factory wiring in the rear, with the RV plug. I needed 6 pin for my wife's Horse trailer. I am good at wiring so it was no problem hooking in to the factory harness. Regardless of using the Aux. or trailer hot The trailer brakes either freeze or will not work at all. I even went an picked up the RV to 6 pin adaptor with the same result. I read the voltage on the two pins for Hot an Auxliary, Red stays hot all the time with ignition on an blue has nothing own it period regardless of Gain on trailer box. All blinkers brake lights are fine. Thanks for any help.

I would try the blue at the trailer box. I am not too familiar with these factory boxes though.
