how to remove wiper blade?

You can either remove the arms completely from the studs or you can flip the blade assembly over an work with the blade facing up. The OEM blade assemblies are kind of a PITA. I don't recall the process for getting the blade assembly off the arm. I'll look into it but someone will most likely remember.

the arms dont extend up past say 30 degress off the windshield. also cant get to the screws holding the bracket of the arms on the stem because so close to the truck. anyone know exactly how to get these off?

Unless the design changed.. and I don't know that it did, you'll find a little lever at the base of the arm that locks it off the windshield, the whole thing just lifts off the spline after that.
