Drain water separator

Hi,
I have a 08' F250
I'm getting a warning light that water is in the fuel. The owners manual says I need to open a lever on the horizontal fuel filter. I can't seem to locate this lever/fuel filter. I looked under the truck in the area of the driver side floor board and I can't seem to locate anything like the picture of the filter in the manual. Can anybody help with a better discription of where it is? how big?
thanks,
matt

Might want to ask in the 6.4L forum if you haven't figured this out by now.

Under the driver seat inside the frame rail you'll see a white-ish piece of plastic. If you're like me, you will try to open the valve by pulling the lever down. It actually swings out towards the center of the vehicle.

It is there, just keep looking. You will spy the fuel lines.
