Red Line?

I just got my Tach installed in my truck and was wondering where i should set my red line to shift at?

I have heard 4,000 & around 3,500 are these even close?

Truck has 360 in it

when i had my stock 360 i never liked taking it past 4000. i normally shifted between 3200 and 3500. My 390 i didnt mind taking to 6000 had it all balanced so not to many worries, i still shifted it around 3500 though.
