Lifting an Expo?

I have tossed around the idea of lifting my expo, haven't really put too much thought into it. Was wondering if any of you guys have, and what you thoughts on it if you have. Any pros and cons along with what kit? Has anyone tried the block lifts?

You didn't put much effort into finding answers either.

A search would've turned up several good threads on the subject, like this one:

2, 3 inches, nothing major as the trucks already have decent ground clearance, just want something for the visual aspect. And I will also be hauling a car trailer with my mustang on the back.

What kind of lift are you using?

What model year? That's going to make a difference. The 2003 and newer Expy's have the independent rear suspension. Also, do you have the air suspension?

Then there are plenty of options out there for you. I have used lift blocks on my trucks in the past, both 3" and 6" blocks. I got too moch axle wrap with the 6" and replaced them with 6" lift springs. I think 2-3" blocks are acceptable, but wouldn't go any higher. Figure out what your budget is and look around, you'll find plenty.

I don't believe truxx makes a lift for the 98. I just went with a front torsion twist and 2 inch coil spacers in the back with my 98.
