Glad to hear it...keep using ISO-heet for the rest of the winter, as mentioned before don't let it get too low if possible and try to always buy your fuel at the same trusted place. Rest of the tune up related stuff, including fuel filter, would be a good idea to look at too but may be able to wait until warmer weather.
I would still strongly recommend having the alternator tested, either on or off the truck. If not addressed now, will most likely cause you bigger problems with your truck when you need it the most. Based on what you spent on it, the alt should have a great warranty on it, probably lifetime. Even brand new and thoroughly remanufactured parts still can and do go bad. Make sure you have a good one.
