leaky manifolds.
the 97-03 f150 were prone to leaky manifolds,i was wondering if our trucks have the same problem?also does any body have the part # for the o rings,that ill need to rplace when i do my up pipes.thanks

I've got another question, has anyone had soot coming from around one of the exhaust ports between the manifolds and the heads? Mine does and I'm planning to do all of the pre-turbo exhaust in the next two years with new manifolds and the bellowed up pipe kit.

Yes, the 99-03 7.3 PSD is known to eventually have leaking up-pipes (these connect the exhaust manifolds to the turbo collector "baby's butt"). If you get the bellowed up-pipes (available HERE from ITPDiesel) you'll get everything you need and probably never have to do them again.
