All Hail Fredrian !!!!

To my great delight I have discovered that the new site upgrade has brought back the "right click and copy" function while typing text in posts.

The removal of this function, with the last upgrade, has caused me irreparable harm. In more than a few occasions I have been a victim of lost posts due to various and sundry computer glitches (there is no way that human error could have been the cause of any of these glitches). As usual the lost post would always be a significant, awe inspiring, flow of eloquence.

So thank you Fredrian, and IBE, for the return of this most important function.

I tremble, nee shudder, at the thought of the bountiful pearls of wisdom lost to us all by those computer glitches.

That BigF350 guy that used to be here would never have allowed that to happen Keith!

I am sure it is up there with Shakespeare's works being torched, and am glad that there will not be another day that we may miss out on your wonderful pieces of prose kw.
Thanks btw.

There is no school like the old school
The premise behind the avatar is actually very geeky, but I won't tell anyone, I prefer the image of a ban hammer swinging gremlin

Excellent work Adrian.

As far as gremlins are concerned, see if you can find an old WWII Loony-Tunes short called "Gremlins From The Kremlin"

I know the little red guy is the BSD daemon. I dunno what the hammer represents, but I'm curious.

I have a 2.4 Ghz quad core box running FreeBSD. I've run FreeBSD for a long time, first just as a web and mail server, then adding some stuff for a usenet group that I moderate, then moving to the quad core box to run 4 folding processes.

Out of curiosity, does the FTE website run on FreeBSD, or some other BSD derivitave?

No - FTE doesn't use BSD, but you are very correct
