L&L makes a set for your ride.
I've got a set of L&Ls on my '96 F-250 460. The same ones go on the late 460-powered EFI F-350s, too. Very happy with them, Super heavy metal and flanges. Plenty of room to pull the starter is you have to.
They fit perfectly with more than enough clearance, but a couple things about the L&Ls. You will need to temporarily install the driver's side and measure the correct point to weld their provided EGR pipe fitting bung. Then pull the header, drill a hole and weld it in. Also, they do not provide a Y pipe, you'll need to have a muffler shop fabricate one for you. And you have to weld an oxygen sensor bung into each collector reducer.
(It's fun driving to the muffler shop with open headers...!)
I paid $389.95 for mine from National Tire and Wheel, one of L&Ls two distributors. Or you can buy direct. Worth absolutely every penny.
(A freaking nightmare to pull the old exhaust logs, took a BIG breaker bar, didn't break any bolts off, but had to run a tap through the holes on the head)
