Gonna GUT it.
SO... long time since I have posted on here.
I got a new truck a 2003 6.0 powerstroke.
love it. lots of power.
I miss my 302 some days but then I get on the loud pedal on this thing and smile.
ANY way. it has been... 6 months and no bites on my 92 F-150.
no one wants a single cab long box 2wd 302 auto.
so the plan is to
1.) race my diesel. very pricey gotta do headstuds and EGR delete.
2.) GUT my F-150 all useless weight taken out no climate controls etc. do a 351 windsor swap use a carb.
2a). Use a c6.
2b). Use a Manual.
any tips?
what manual works well?
what would be cheaper c6 or standard?
