Question Help on installing Tach

Hi, I have a 1993 ford f-150, 4X4. it has the 5.0L. I have been having some trouble installing an aftermarket tach. Since there is no negative side to the coil what should i do?

Hook it up to the Tan/Yellow wire coming off the coil.

Yes, and if you put a small electrical push clip on it, it will slide right behind the wire tab on the coil and stay put perfectly.
