how to remove heater hoses
How do you remove the heater hoses from the heater box? I purchased new hoses for when I put my cab back on but they a weird connector, not just a rubber hose that slides over a pipe.

There is a special tool for releasing the retainer. I made a tool, but I had a new connector for reference to use to make the tool. I wouldn't have took the time to make one, but it was the weekend at night, the parts stores were closed, and my trucks cooling system was empty
