Stock Operating Temp?
What is the stock operating temp. for a 5.0L?

Stock thermostat should be a 192-195° rating. My truck hovers right around 190 with an OEM thermostat.

The thermostat should have a 195deg rating and under normal conditions the engine temperature will fluctuate 5-10 degrees around that point.

I have a 190 degree thermostat in it but it runs about 210-220. I have relplaced old radiator because it needed to be changed anyway. May check the fan clutch see if changing it may help.
