For Brendan(Papadelogan) FP guage install

De-structions for remote mount fuel pressure guage.

You will need a -20SAE 1/8NPT adapter to connect the fuel bowl test port to your line. It can be found at a local hydraulics place, or from ITP.
Your guage can come from any of the fine vendors/sponsors we have here, or from local auto parts store. It needs to be a 100PSI glycerin filled guage. You will need a 36" hydraulic hose with 1/8 npt ends, one end male one female. One end being a swivel is a big help, but not neccessary. If you want yours to mount on the windsheild wiper cowl (like mine) then you will need a scrap piece of 1/8 X 2" aluminum strap.

remove plug from test port on fuel bowl.(your fuel bowl should be in truck, not on shop bench, these pics are for illustration purposes only)

install adapter fitting and line

run line back to center of widshield cowl under hood, cut hole large enough for line to pass through. (blue line in pic)

Remove plastic cowl piece (4 or 5 screws) zip tie fuel line out of the way of the wiper rotating assembly, and pass the end through the grate of the cowl. (you may have to cut a plastic rib or two)

the bracket part is really just trial and error, on what fits, and how much bend you need to put in the metal, for hood clearance, and wiper clearance.

Ron (Ronspowerstroke) has also come up with a trick little cover for the guage, he made it out of PVC tubing, and a small LED light could be mounted in his. ( look for his gallery and you will find the pics)

I know I said I would PM you this but this way all can see.

because I'm too lazy to go and remove it, and plug the ports, so I have it loop routed.

Out of curiosity, what did this mod run you money wise. And can you do it with a 2 1/16 inch guage so that I cold possible mount it inside the truck possibly on my pillar.

You need a remote sensor type gauge for that, Clint. You don't want the direct measurement type in your cab since you'd have to route the fuel line inside & up to the pillar...
