Spartan has injectors and Elite diesel does to but I think you will need to buy a return fuel pressure regulator for them to give you a great warranty on them. The regulator they say will improve the life of your injectors.
I believe stage 1 you dont need a bigger fuel pump but is recomended but any bigger it is required.

Nope. I have Stage 1s and 2 months later I needed a FASS system. Once you start playing with aftermarket injectors, you'll need alot of other supporting mods to go along with it. Stuff that you may or may not want to deal with(turbo, fuel pump, RR kit, custom tuning, headstuds).

I would suggest an RR kit rather or not you stick with stock injectors as you do have dead-heading that tends to be common these trucks.

If you start messing with the fueling system(be it RR kit or injectors and fuel pump) get an in-cab fuel psi gauge. That's the only way that I was able to catch in time that I was losing fuel pressure with the stock pump.

I would suggest studs, FASS, ITP RR kit, in-cab fuel psi gauge, injectors and turbo. You don't exactly have to follow that list, but that's how I would do it, but then again I would do it for piece of mind as well.

Depending on what size injectors you get, you can get away with stock gaskets up to I would say around 550hp(i'm running 508 and no problems with stock gaskets).
