Ball and Socket Headers

I put Headman Headers w/ball and socket collector flanges on my truck and they keep coming loose even after I tightened them until the bolts have bent w/lock washers and double nuts. Does anybody know about a fix ?I might just spot weld them

I mentioned this to Hedman one time and they said you need to have a support within a couple feet of the collector, It did not help, every couple months they are loose so I bought some L&L headers and will never touch hedmans again, total junk with that type collector joint.. My opinion anyway

I disconnected the flange and drove up to the local speedshop w/open headers to get some regular gasketed flanges to weld on the end of the headers and I found an extra 50 horsepower.
