Floor shifters

I am wanting to get rid of the B&M shifter installed by PO. I want a tall shifter. Can anyone supply some pictures of theirs? Thinking about going with a Gennie shifter.

Yep, me too, what length (height) do you think is best?

When I searched this (48-70) site for "gennie shifter lokar" the last post had some good info, but no pictures.

Both manufactures have web sites;

I have a 23" Lokar nostalgia shifter. I like how it looks and operates. I even broke it once and Lokar replaced the parts no questions asked for free. You can see pictures of it in gallery.

I'm using a 16" Lokar shifter, very easy installation.

I don't remember if the B-M is a threaded rod with a stop nut - any way check JC Whitney I believe you can still buy about whatever replacement rod/shifter that you need

How about a yardstick and some vicegrips?
