has anyone ever heard.....
im still tryin to find the perfect tone for my truck. i have a Y pip after the cats and want to go true duals i have long tips and 4 " diameter. i was wonderin if maybe 24" glasspacks would sond good on those tipps.

1993 F150 extended cab, 4x4, 351 windsor, 2 1/2 inch pip after the cat split with a Y pipe. anything else i need to include im sure i forgot something

Before you put the mufflers in, try it without them. You might like the sound. The cat will act as a muffler to some respect. My 5.4L sounds like a really throaty Mustang. I have the y after the cat and straight pipe out the back with toners. If you don't like it, you can just cut out a piece of the pipe and replace with the mufflers.
