How come my hidden (tech) galleries aren't?

How come my hidden (tech) galleries aren't?
My tech galleries still show up when you click on my name. I have clicked to make the hidden.
Also, is there anyway to change order of my galleries? Not the pictures in them, but rather, the galleries' order as they are displayed to users.

If they are "hidden", they are only hidden from the main gallery page.
