'93 block in a '95 PSD

hello folks...I have my eye on a '93 7.3 idi to rebuild...question...will this block fit my '95...and what would a "running core"( runs ok when warm 400K KM on it) 7.3 idi be worth??

nope won't work. not even close....Same displacement but that is it.
