Well, as I mistakenly-posted in the All-topic thread, I made a one-pounder last Thursday, but had to delay serving it until last evening.
Three 1/2" slices with mashed potatoes and a garden salad with Italian dressing.
Marge's reaction?
"Well, it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be".
Hey, for my cooking, that-sa' pretty good!
She suggested, however, that I use the other pound of sausage to mix with ground beef to use in a Rachael Ray recipe she's recently seen.
Wonder what THAT means......

Ah my arteries are already clogged but that might be cooked this weekend during the super bowl my health insurance is paid up so when I go least I will have a smile on my face. Looks like I am making a run to the store on the way home today...
